Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

In our response to the outbreak of COVID-19, we have taken strict measures for the health and safety of our guests. Wearing face masks is mandatory in the public areas and signage placed throughout the property remind our guests to maintain social distancing. We have also updated the seating layout in our restaurants and banquets in compliance with the state-mandated guidelines.

Guests can use the Bonvoy mobile app for Mobile Check-in, service requests, and placing In-Room-Dinning orders. The menus within the rooms and outlets have been digitized and can be accessed by scanning the QR codes.

We have also put in place mandatory temperature checks for guests upon arrival. Our associates also undergo mandatory temperature checks multiple times during the day.

Valet service is currently unavailable and guests are advised to self-park.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have modified our cleaning practices across the property and in the guest rooms. Some of the measures being taken are:


  • Increased frequency of sanitization of high-touch surfaces across the hotel.
  • Disinfection of guest luggage upon arrival.
  • Electrostatic spraying in public spaces.
  • Touchless hand sanitization stations are available at the front desk, elevators, and other public areas.
  • Use of clinical-grade disinfectants.
  • All linen disinfected using high-temperature steam.
  • Disinfection of high-touch surfaces within the rooms at a regular interval.
  • Thorough disinfection of rooms after checkout.
  • All associates wear Personal Protective Equipment (face mask, face shield, and gloves) at all times.
  • Guests are offered a hygiene kit consisting of a face mask, gloves, and hand sanitizer upon arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to providing the best possible experience for our guests while being compliant with state regulations of social distancing and operations. We have made the following amendments to our facilities:


  • Fitness Center: Social Distancing stickers have been placed and guests are provided with cleaning wipes to wipe down the equipment before use. Shower rooms, Sauna, and Jacuzzi are not operational at present in compliance with local regulations.
  • Spa: Not operational
  • Swimming Pool: Not operational
  • Restaurants & Lounges: Operational, Masks for entry required

We have redefined our dining experiences to ensure contact-free dining experience whether you choose to dine in the restaurants or in the comfort of your room. An updated seating layout at all the restaurants ensures social distancing and highly trained food handlers equipped with PPE kit, digital menus, and payments ensure a contact-free dining experience.

All our kitchen staff adheres to strict hand washing and social distancing norms and is equipped with face masks and gloves. A dedicated hygiene manager keeps track of the sanitization schedule and acts as an enforcer to ensure food safety.
