The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

At Element Nashville Vanderbilt West End, our mission is to create a travel experience that helps you feel your best. During a time when health is more important than ever, we're implementing enhanced health and safety requirements to uphold the Marriott brand-wide Commitment to Clean standards. When you stay at the new Element West End, you can rest easy knowing your wellbeing is in expert hands. Enjoy safe check-in during your stay with hand sanitizer provided in the lobby, at the front desk, and throughout the hotel and meetin space. Our team members are required to wear masks at all times. Our front desk is also protected by a barrier shield. Face coverings are required in all indoor areas.
We're upholding Marriott's Commitment to Clean standards at Element Nashville Vanderbilt. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the property for your safety and convenience.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Maintain your balance with access to our 24-hour fitness center during your stay. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing while in the gym. No more than 5 guests are allowed in the gym at a time to ensure you have plenty of space to maintain your distance. Hand sanitizer is available.

Our pool is now open from 8am to 6pm daily. No more than 10 people are allowed in the pool at a time and masks are required when not in the water. To use the pool, please schedule a 1-hour reservation at the front desk. Our staff at the front desk will provide you with towels.
For your health and safety, Element Nashville is not serving hot food at this time. Our lobby market is open 24/7 and offers a variety of tasty grab-and-go options. Hot water and coffee are available at the front desk.

Fuel up with complimentary breakfast items available at the front desk daily from 7am-9am on weekdays and 7am-10am on weekends. Our staff will create a grab-and-go bag just for you with any of the following:
- Muffins
- Cereal Bars
- Juice
- Yogurt
- Oatmeal Pack
