The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
The Joseph has placed signage throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing. We abide by occupancy limits and reduced seating capacities in our restaurants and bars in compliance with local and state mandates.

Mobile check-in and keys are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Service requests are available via The Joseph’s in-room iPad, including contactless delivery of room service.

Complementing Marriott's Commitment to Clean, The Joseph has enhanced cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.


  • Public Spaces: Touchless hand sanitizing stations are located throughout The Joseph, and our team frequently cleans and disinfects public spaces, particularly in areas with high traffic, such as restrooms, elevators, front desk, restaurants, fitness center and pool.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): The Joseph associates wear face coverings, as well as other PPE, such as gloves, based on the activities they are performing. Following direction by the local authorities, guests are also required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: Our team utilizes enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Personal hand sanitizers are provided in every room. In-room food and beverage centers are available upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

Spa treatments and salon services are available at Rose, however, the changing rooms and Relaxation Room are closed. All other services are currently available at The Joseph.

Please note that face masks are required at all times, except while eating or drinking.

The Joseph's culinary team upholds uncompromising food preparation standards, honoring your health and safety. All venues are open, following local regulations on social distancing practices and hours of operation. These offerings include:


  • Contactless In-Room Dining is available daily from 6:00 am to 11:59 pm. Orders can be placed via the in-room Guest Services iPad.
  • Yolan, our signature fine Italian restaurant, and the adjacent Lobby Bar are open for nightly dinner and weekend brunch.
  • Denim, a rooftop bar with American fare, is open daily from 11:00 am to close.
  • The Joseph serves breakfast and lunch in the Lobby Bar, daily from 6:00 am to 11:00 am, including takeout options at the Coffee Bar.
