The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
We are pleased to take additional measures to ensure your well-being by following the guidelines of Marriott's Global Cleanliness Council. We are practicing with new cleaning technologies including electrostatic sprayers and the highest classification of CDC recommended disinfectants to sanitize. Our cleaning regimen has also been designed to set an even higher standard of cleanliness throughout our hotel. You will notice subtle changes in your room such as ensuring all touchable surfaces have been disinfected and or have covers to ensure zero contact prior to your arrival. We are pleased to provide hand sanitizing areas for our guests as well as practicing social distancing. You will note throughout our lobby and public areas we have signage regarding social distancing and are limiting the number of guests allowed in the public areas at one time. All of our associates wear masks and are screened at the beginning of each shift to ensure they are in good health. We strive for excellence in hospitality in all that we do. And throughout these times of change, we will continue to raise the bar in the level of hospitality we deliver. Your health and safety are of the upmost importance to us here at the Courtyard by Marriott Mount Juliet.
With follow Marriott's Commitment to Clean, there have been several new and or enhanced cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.

We are using electrostatic spraying technologies with hospital-grade disinfectants that only add to our stringent cleanliness protocols.

Our Room Amenities such as coffee cups and drinking glasses have been changed to disposable cups. We are providing disinfectant wipes in the room for every arriving guest. These wipes are also available upon request during your stay.

Team members will be wearing PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and what is directed by local authorities. Guests are encouraged to wear their own personal face coverings.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Fitness Center is open masks are required, we ask that you stop by the desk and sign in with our contact trace log as this helps us monitor the number of guests in the Fitness Center at one time.
