Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, face masks are mandatory in all public areas for both staff and guests and partitions have been installed at front desks. The set up of the restaurant´s seating area has been adjusted in compliance with local and state mandates to keep the appropriate distance between all tables. The food and beverage menu is also available for pick up or delivery to the guest room.

Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Current government guidelines state that all guest are required to wear a mask in public spaces, unless they are eating/drinking.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: All In-room equipment such as coffee makers, lamps, hair dryers, irons, phone and remote control are being cleaned and disinfected. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Remote controls are will be individually wrapped.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We are limiting in-stay housekeeping frequency to reduce contact. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your seventh night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations to reinforce social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Starbucks: Open from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday - Friday and 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM Saturday and Sunday, face masks required for entry. Specialty custom coffee, pastries, snacks, hot breakfast and lunch items are available.
  • Champions Restaurant: Open from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday - Friday and 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM Saturday and Sunday, face masks required for entry. Grab-n-go orders available until 12 midnight.
  • Concierge Lounge: Temporarily Closed.
  • Room Service: Open from 3:00 PM to Midnight nightly, QR code menus are available in guestroom or on the Marriott Bonvoy App. Contactless delivery.
  • Bar: Open from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
  • Meeting & Event Space: In compliance with local Davidson County guidance, please see your sales/event manager for more information.
  • Fitness & Wellness Area: Open 24 hours. Pool open 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
The Champions Restaurant is open from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM Saturday and Sunday. Grab-n-go available until midnight every day of the week. Guests can choose to dine in the restaurant, place a to-go order or have it delivered to their guest room via Room Service. Contactless Room Service orders can be placed in-house telephone or the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Our menu can also be viewed on your mobile phone via a QR code located in your guestroom.

Breakfast and lunch will be served in Starbucks from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday - Friday, breakfast only on Saturday and Sunday with hours 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM. Meals to be provided in to go containers, using disposable utensils. Pick up or to enjoy in the hotel lobby or your guest room. Guests are asked to place their order in person for pick up.
