Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates.

Mobile check-in and service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. Mobile Key is not yet available at our hotel.

Valet service is available Wednesday through Sunday mornings. Valet is not available on Mondays or Tuesdays.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:



Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Team members are required to sanitize their hands between guest interactions. Team members with guest interaction are required to wear gloves. Team members must wash their hands frequently. Pens used for signing and credit card machines are disinfected after every use. Team members showing signs of any illness are required to stay home and contact their doctor immediately. They are not allowed to return to work until they are cleared by a medical professional. We are checking the temperature of all employees upon arrival to work. Staggered staffing is in place to limit human to human interaction.

Housekeeping: Room service is available by request only. Guests must specify what time they would like room service and must exit the room during service.

Room Amenities: Several room amenities have been removed from guestrooms but are available upon request. This includes robes, slippers, and drinkware. Our hotel does not provide in-room coffee makers, however, we offer coffee service in the lobby until 10 am.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Hydration Stations: Available on each floor. Sanitized reusable plastic bottles available in guestrooms.
Fitness Center: Open 24/7 and accessible with a room key. Occupancy is limited to 4 guests at a time.
Concierge: Not currently available.
Room Service: Available by using the in-room phone

Rare Bird: Rare Bird is currently open and operating but space is extremely limited due to social distancing and local regulations.

Hidden Bar is temporarily closed.

We understand that your pets are family. Here at Noelle, we would love the opportunity to welcome your pets of all shapes and sizes.

 

  • Please let us know you are traveling with your pet in tow so we may prepare. Pets are welcome with a one-time pet fee of $75.
  • Our pet-friendly amenities include a dog bed and bowl to make your pet's stay as warm and welcoming as yours!
  • We allow a maximum of two 2 pets per room. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
