Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
The hotel has implemented signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and informing guests of occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our public spaces and lifts in compliance with local and state mandates.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our hotel and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Hand Sanitizing Stations: Available in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness Centre: Maximum capacities apply and fitness equipment is stationed to ensure physical distancing. Guests are required to wipe down equipment prior to use and after use with the supplied disinfectant wipes. Our Housekeeping Team will conduct enhanced cleaning of the fitness center.
  • Indoor Pool: Maximum capacities apply and physical distancing is required. Our Housekeeping Team will conduct enhanced cleaning of the indoor pool.
Cafe63 is accessible via the Hotel lobby and the restaurant has put in place a COVID-Safe Plan for both dine in and take-away dining.
