Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

To protect yourself, your family and the community, we recommend to practice social distancing and stay 1.5 metres away from others.

Mobile Check-In and service requests are available via the Marriott Bonvoy Mobile App.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our hotel and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as providing more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.

  • Westin WORKOUT, Level 2P, The Westin Brisbane: Open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Enjoy complimentary access, please ask for your key card at Four Points by Sheraton Front Desk. 
  • Nautilus Pool, Level 2P, The Westin Brisbane: Open 6am to 9pm, 7 days a week. Brisbane's largest hotel resort-style pool featuring a swim-up bar. Enjoy complimentary access, please ask for your key card at Four Points by Sheraton Front Desk.
  • Heavenly Spa by Westin. Level 3, The Westin Brisbane: Our day spa offers a wide range of treatments, including massages, body wraps and facials, along with relaxation pods and a steam room. Open Wednesday to Sunday. Conveniently located adjacent to Four Points by Sheraton with room charge-back facilities for guests. We recommend booking in advance by calling 07 3557 8830.
  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi access is provided in your guest room and hotel public areas.
  • Carpark: If you have parked with us, we recommend calling concierge from your in room phone 15 minutes prior to departure.
  • Elevator peak periods: Our elevator peak times are between: 7am to 9am and 4pm to 6pm, we are grateful for your patience and understanding if using the elevators during the peak times. 
  • Coffee Booth, at Four Points by Sheraton, Lobby Level: Open Monday to Friday from 6am to 12 noon for coffee and a light breakfast menu.
  • In Room Dining: Available 24 hours. 
  • The Charles', at The Westin Brisbane, Lobby Level: Open for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Monday to Sunday from 7am to late. Conveniently located adjacent to Four Points by Sheraton with room charge-back facilities for guests.    
  • Eden's Table, at The Westin Brisbane, Level 1: Open for Buffet Breakfast from 6.30am daily to 10.30am Monday to Friday and 11am Saturday and Sunday. Conveniently located adjacent to Four Points by Sheraton with room charge-back facilities for guests.
