Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

The following sanitary measures will be strictly adhered to:

 

  • We are offering options to minimize staff interaction and increased digital contactless communication to our guests.

 

  • Our staff is wearing all recommended mutually protective equipment in close contact situations.

 

  • Increased hand washing protocols apply to all staff.

 

  • Most previously shared amenities such as bicycles and snorkeling equipment are now yours to use during your stay. We recommend bringing your own personal equipment in the case of snorkeling gear but please be assured that all Resort items are sanitized between guests and upon request during your stay.

 

  • Menus in restaurants, spa and concierge areas are replaced with boards and digital versions.

 

  • Physical distancing is facilitated in all public areas of the Resort.

 

  • Plexiglas screens are displayed at Reception, Concierge and Gift Shop desks.
  • Regular disinfection protocols apply throughout the Resort with an emphasis on public areas and beach equipment.

 

  • We also use UV machines in Reception areas and ionisers for the air conditioning in our Restaurants.

 

  • Strict disinfection protocols as per high tech cleaning Marriott guidelines apply in all Villas before, during and after your stay.

 

  • Hand sanitizer dispensers are located in high touch areas including in front of every Villa entrance.

 

  • All Villas receive a bottle of disinfectant surface spray, safe for use on personal items during your stay.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival and during your stay. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open, subject to a maximum number of Guests


Iridium Spa: Open, reservation required. Facials and head treatments temporarily unavailable and specific sanitary protocol in place. Modified menu available upon request.


Beach and Pools: Open (All guests to wear masks in all public areas of the Resort except beach and pool areas)


Kids Club: Open, reservation required.


Activities: Third party suppliers will be following recommended sanitary guidelines

  • In our Food and Beverage outlets, service is reorganized to provide enhanced distancing and sanitization with buffets replaced by A la Carte options and takeaway options available.

 

  • Minibars are empty and can be filled upon request
Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room

  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.

  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

At the Bora Bora airport:

 

  • Our arrival kiosk is located within the terminal where our Airport Greeter will invite you to help yourself to a fragrant flower lei and a sanitary welcome kit containing masks, hand sanitizer and an individual pen.

 

  • Your temperature may be taken at this time.

 

  • You will be directed to the luggage pick up area to remove your suitcases. They will be sprayed with sanitizer by our staff before been taken to our boat.

 

  • Please use the masks and hand sanitizer provided in the welcome kit before boarding and being seated according to physical distancing recommendations.
