Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • "Namaste"- is the new standardized greeting for all guests at every touchpoint to maintain social distancing.
  • Temperature checks are done for all guests.
  • In order to maintain social distancing, front desk will have a protective shield.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room. Contact our Guest Services team throughout your stay via the Mobile Chat option and upon check-out your invoice will be available to view directly in the app.
  • Guest elevators now operate with a maximum capacity of 2 guests per elevator.
  • Signages are placed throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Hand sanitizer stations are available in all guest areas.
  • Face coverings are required to be worn in hotel public areas at all times.
  • All bags are being disinfected at the hotel entrance before being delivered to your room.
  • Valet service is available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All vendors and employees entering the building are getting temperature checks.
  • Room Amenities: In-room dining is available 24 hours. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Closed until further notice
  • Spa: Open from 7 am - 9 pm
  • Pool: Closed until further notice
  • Business Center: Open 24 hours
  • Executive Lounge: Closed until further notice
  • Mini Bar has been removed from all rooms and is available on request
  • Dry amenities will be available on-request

Rooms are equipped with QR codes leading to the digital menus to limit contact. Our Food & Beverage team abides by state and local guidelines, including the use of face masks and gloves. The IRD order taker will check with the guest is they would like the IRD server to enter the guest room with the trolley or would they prefer to have it placed outside the room, to suit their convenience and comfort.

  • Marriott Bonvoy On Wheels by Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai: In line with a directive from government authorities and their ongoing efforts to safeguard public health, MoMo Cafe now offers signature dishes via home delivery services from 11 am - 8 pm.
  • In-Room Dining: 24 hours

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options.

  • We have redesigned the seating capacity of our meeting rooms & ballrooms to reflect Social distancing and provide an extra level of precaution for our guests
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers will be placed in the pre-function area and meeting venues with a standing signage, outlining basic hygiene protocol. All high touch points areas like the door handle are sanitized every 30 minutes and all amenities and stationery are sanitized before placing it on the table
  • Food for all small events is served in individually packed single-use disposable containers and for larger events, a well-spread layout buffet is arranged wherein entire buffet service is assisted by our team
  • We work with reputed AV vendors and wedding planners who ensure all equipment are been disinfected before entering the hotel premises
  • Rely on our sales and events experts to execute your meetings, events or plan a wedding and provide you with best hotel experience
