Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

A user-friendly mobile application has been installed for all hotel-related information such as guest services directory, restaurant menus, spa, laundry and in-room dining - this is accessible via QR code tent cards in all rooms.

Seating capacities reductions and rearrangement has been undertaken in our restaurants, banquets and public spaces in compliance with local and state mandates.

Digital menus are available in all restaurants and the spa, and digital payment process is available for all services.

Signage is placed throughout the hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and wear face masks at all times.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Sanitizers and face masks are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.  We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time. 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open for all guests as per government guidelines
  • Restaurants: Lotus Cafe, Dashanzi, Bombay Baking Company and Reflections are open for all guests 
  • Executive Lounge: Closed until further notice
  • Toddler's Room: Closed until further notice
  • Pools: Closed until further notice
  • Banquet venues: Open as per government guidelines, face masks required at all times
  • Lotus Cafe: Open for all guests as per government guidelines
  • Bombay Baking Company: Open for all guests as per government guidelines
  • Dashanzi: Open for all guests as per government guidelines
  • Reflections: Open for all guests as per government guidelines
  • Saffron: Re-opening in 2022

  • Hygiene: Complete caution with regards to hygiene levels are maintained as per HACCP standards
