Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Aesthetic markings on the floor of the elevator to indicate standing positions and social distancing norms of minimum six feet. On arrival mandatory screening of body temperature for all. Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols implemented in guestrooms.

Guest rooms are equipped with disinfecting wipes and sanitizers and digital in-room dining menus will be available in rooms.


We have enhanced our cleanliness guidance in accordance with Marriott's Commitment to Clean and have improvised our hygiene protocols, including:


  • Sanitization of all restaurants and public areas are carried out as per the recommended hygiene guidelines by FSSAI (Food Safety and Standard Authority of India).
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All public area associates will be wearing mask and gloves, which are discarded every 3 hours as per expert Health care guidelines. All the guest are asked to wear a mask while in public areas of the hotel.
  • Room Amenities: Minimal amenities are placed inside the guestrooms and based on your preference, extra amenities will be placed prior to your arrival to reduce any need for increased contact during the stay. Guestrooms are equipped with disinfecting wipes and sanitizers.
  • Sanitization procedures are followed with disinfectant as per the advice of the Hygiene Partner and audited by dedicated in-house hygiene manager.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Swimming Pool: Everyday, 7:00AM - 10:00PM
  • Kids Club / Playground: Everyday, 7:00AM - 10:00PM
  • Club Lounge: Lounge on the first floor is closed until further notice. An alternate location has been provided to carry forward club services at the 18th floor.

Following the current government policies, the all-day dining buffet restaurant - Seasonal Tastes, the Indian fine dining restaurant - Kangan and the Italian fun dining restaurant - Prego are now open for in-house and walk-in guests. The quick-service cafe - Pronto is also operational from 8:00AM - 8:00PM.

Restaurant cleaning and sanitizing is done periodically and before opening and between each meal period. All tables are sanitized and maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet.

We have also initiated delectable offerings to be delivered to the comfort of your homes. Keeping in mind the social distancing norms we are promoting a contactless delivery and accepts online payments
