The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in high-traffic areas including lobby, restrooms, and elevators. Hand sanitizing stations are available.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on the guidelines set forth by Marriott and the state and local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in every guest room, as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

The hotel is committed to making as many amenities and services available as possible while complying with state and local regulations, including guidance on reduced capacities in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open and disinfectant wipes are available at all equipment stations. Deep cleaning is done overnight in addition to services provided throughout the day. 
  • MClub Concierge Lounge: Open daily for breakfast 6:30AM - 10:30AM and for dinner 5PM - 11PM. Room service from the MClub Lounge menu is also available.
  • Restaurant: Permanently closed.

The MClub Concierge Lounge offers daily breakfast from 6:30AM to 10:30AM and is open for dinner from 5PM to 11PM. Room service from the MClub Lounge menu is also available during these hours.

 

Complimentary in-room coffee and tea is available.

 

Please ask for the list of carefully curated cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, pub and gourmet groceries, all within the Kendall Square neighborhood.

Brother's Market grocery store is located across the street for your convenience.

 

Champions and Starbucks are permanently closed.
