Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, face mask requirement, occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions in our public areas in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings when outside of their private guest rooms.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities

  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will provide daily housekeeping automatically every day. To prevent any spread of COVID-19, guest rooms will not be vacuumed during stayover service.
  • Fitness Center: Open by appointment only. First come first serve.
  • Pool: Open by appointment only. First come first serve.
  • Self Serve Laundry: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Hotel Lobby: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Hotel Courtyard: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Rise Breakfast: Open, modified offerings.
  • Relax Reception: Closed.

Our Rise Breakfast experience has been temporarily adjusted to modified offerings and hours. At this time we are offering prepackaged, single serve items including; cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, assorted fruit, bacon egg & cheese breakfast sandwich, hard boiled eggs, assorted juice, coffee and tea. Items may change based on availability.

Saturday & Sunday: 8am-11am

To allow for full and deep cleaning between each guest, feather blankets and duvets have been removed from the guest room and are available upon request. All paper items including coffee, coffee cups and coffee condiments have been removed from the guest room and are available upon request.
Our pool is open an operating at limited capacities set in place by the State of Massachusetts. Guests are required to book time slots for use and reservations are first come first serve. Guests are assigned a specific location in the pool and are required to wear face coverings any time they are outside of that location with the exception of when the are occupying the pool.
