Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
Signage is posted throughout the hotel FOH and BOH outlining social distancing and per the State of Mass required to wear a mask in all public spaces. Public areas and the restaurant are set up to meet all state and local guidelines for social distancing compliance. Parking is complimentary and valet service is not available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms to include the following:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required and mandated to wear face coverings by local and state of MA guidelines when in public spaces in the hotel.
  • Housekeeping: is operating on a reduced schedule and daily service is optional for stay overs, We are cleaning rooms every 4th and 7th day for extended stays and completed a full room deep clean upon a checkout. Daily requests for amenities is outlined upon arrival with contactless delivery.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Fitness Center Open by scheduled 45 minute intervals with a maximum of 2 person per time line. Sign up and key retrieval at the front desk. Completed clean of all equipment after each use.
  • Pool is Open by scheduled 45 minute intervals with a maximum of 15 persons per time line. Seating sections are social distanced and full clean of all contact surfaces after each use. Sign up and key retrieval at the front desk.
  • Twenty8 Restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch daily. Adult beverage service is available but the 'Bar' area is closed to customer seating. Masks are not required when sitting in the restaurant defined space for meal service.
  • Twenty8 Restaurant - reduced seating to accommodate social distancing requirements. Reservation are accepted but not required.
  • Breakfast daily 7 am to 10 am, 11 am on weekends
  • Dinner daily 5 pm to 9 pm.
  • Full service menu available for each meal period, To-Go also available and full adult beverages available in the restaurant following local service guidelines
