Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits in our Westin Workout in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and grab and go outlet service lines.

Valet service is currently available for overnight guests, Ingredients is open for grab and go and Fogo de Chao is open for lunch, dinner and drinks. Huntington is currently closed.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities:  In-room coffee makers are currently available, and guests can enjoy a variety of coffee drinks from Ingredients on the lobby level. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to you arrival. During your stay, we can provide housekeeping service and require a guest to schedule this as the room will need to be unoccupied. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing.


The modifications we have made include:


  • Westin Workout: Open, masks required at all times and capacity limited per local regulations.
  • Ingredients: Open daily, masks required at all times
  • Westin Club: Closed until further notice
  • Meeting and Event Spaces: Per local regulations, 25 people per room or 8 people per 1,000 sq. ft. maximum
  • Valet parking: available to overnight guests
  • Bar 10: Open Sunday - Wednesday 5pm-10pm / Thursday - Saturday: 5pm - 12am
  • Ingredients: Open daily
    • Friday and Saturday - kitchen open until 11:30pm
    • Sunday - Thursday - kitchen open until 12:30am
      • Breakfast from 6am - 11:30am
      • Lunch from 11am - 2pm
      • Dinner from 5pm - kitchen close
  • Room Service: Beginning May 13th, 6am - 2pm daily
  • Westin Club: Closed until further notice
  • Huntington: Closed until further notice
