Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations. High touch point areas are disinfected every two hours.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols in our public areas and where safe to do so.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Centre: Reduced opening schedule.
Swimming Pool: Closed.
Executive Lounge: Closed.
Brew Bar: Open, with social distancing measures in place, reduced opening schedule.
Cast Iron Grill Restaurant: Open, with social distancing measures in place, reduced opening schedule.
Urban Roof Terrace: Open, with social distancing measures in place.
Conference facilities: Open, with social distancing measures in place.
  • Brew Bar: Social distancing measures in place, guests to remain seated and seating removed from bar counter. Screen at coffee counter. Menus cleaned after each use. Staff have been trained on hygiene measures and will wear relevant PPE. Contactless payment encouraged. Cutlery and condiments not on table upon arrival.
  • Cast Iron Grill Breakfast: Al a carte breakfast or grab and go breakfast, (no buffet available at this time). Social distancing measures in place. Staff have been trained on hygiene measures and will wear relevant PPE. Breakfast will need to be booked in advance to avoid overcrowding. Cutlery and condiments not on table upon arrival.
  • Cast Iron Grill Dinner: Reduced hours or operation, social distancing measures in place. Staff have been trained on hygiene measures and will wear relevant PPE. Menus cleaned after each use. Contactless payment encouraged. Cutlery and condiments not on table upon arrival.
  • Urban Roof Terrace: Guests asked to remain seated, social distancing measures in place. Staff have been trained on hygiene measures and will wear relevant PPE. Contactless payment encouraged.
