Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotel will remind guests to maintain social distancing with revised seating capacities in our restaurants, fitness and all public areas in accordance with state government guidance.
  • There will be temperature screening for associates, guests and vendors at entry points where required by law.
  • Before entering the building, associates, guests and vendors are required to check-in using the MySejahtera app.
  • Hand sanitizer are available in all public areas.
  • We encourage the use of the Marriott Bonvoy App for a faster, contactless check-in. You will still be required to present an ID upon arrival. This will allow us to provide a Mobile Key for your stay after registration to access your room.
  • Guest are required to fill in the Travel Declaration Form upon check-in.
  • Luggage assistance is available on request. All bags will be disinfected before being delivered to your room.
  • Face coverings are required to be worn in hotel public areas.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations in high traffic areas.
  • Housekeeping Services: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide daily housekeeping service during your stay. Let us know if you wish to not have our team enter your room during your stay at all.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Coffee makers & Kettles - Sanitised for your safety. Disinfectant wipes provided in rooms, face masks available on request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, reduced capacity, advance booking required. Time limit may be in place at peak times to enable enhanced cleaning protocols. Face masks required at all times.
KAVA: Open, 6.30 AM - 10.00 PM
Room Service: Open, 6.30 AM - 9.30 PM

Our restaurant team abides by state and local guidelines, including the use of masks and gloves
