Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings.   • Mobile Chat: communicate with us from anywhere at any time. Mobile chat is available from up to 48h hours before the day of arrival until 24 hours after your departure.


  • Mobile Guest Requests: connect with us via the Marriott Bonvoy™ Mobile Application to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.


  • We encourage contactless interaction upon arrival check-in and check-out; therefore, our guests can opt into the Mobile Key service via the Marriott Bonvoy™ Mobile App and receive a virtual key to their phone, without the need of a traditional plastic keycard. Guests receive an alert when their mobile key is activated following a mobile check-in.


  • Mobile Check-Out is available via the mobile app allowing checking out without a personal contact at the Front Desk. After check-out, a digital copy of the invoice will be sent by email


  • Mobile Dining

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms and suites. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high-traffic including restrooms and elevators. Hand sanitizing stations placed in common areas. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates wear face coverings based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings. Appropriate disposable masks are also available to our guests upon request.


Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every guest as well as upon request.


Guest Rooms: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at your convenience.

We comply with all local regulations on social distancing for open and indoor areas. All of our associates have undergone specific training on heightened hygiene practices in accordance with Marriot guidelines on COVID.


We minimized items (e.g., condiments, silverware, glassware, napkins, etc.) in guest rooms and on tables to allow for effective disinfection.


We strongly recommend advance booking and use of contactless payments, room charge or credit/debit card payments.


Sanitizing stations are available at hotel entrances.
