Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app. The hotel has Mobile In Room Dining and additionally guests can request through a QR that links with a WhatsApp to place orders.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • QR Hotel Services Directory replaces all hotel collateral. Check in documentation need per local regulations have adjusted to contactless procedure.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities:

  • In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
SHERATON FITNESS
Gym: Monday to Friday we offer the Sheraton Gym with capacity for 5 people per shift from 7AM to 8PM. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8AM to 8PM
Indoor Pool: Monday to Friday we offer service from 2PM to 8PM with a capacity of 3 lifts (6 people maximum). Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8AM to 8PM
Massage Service: With prior reservation we can offer the service in rooms prepared on the 3rd floor of Sheraton between 10AM and 6:30 PM

ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN: Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, games will be offered in the Foyer of the San Isidro Hall (foosball, ping-pong, pool, shuffleboard and others), we will also have recreation for children in our Kids Club: (from 10AM at 1PM and from 2PM to 6PM).

TENNIS CLINIC: Saturdays and Sundays -Times to be confirmed according to availability and with prior reservation

WELLNESS ACTIVITIES
Dance Workout: Saturdays 4PM in Salón Catalinas (capacity of 10 people)

GRAB & GO: Monday to Friday: 11AM to 4PM

BUONO ITALIAN KITCHEN: breakfast, lunch and dinner inside the Restaurant (at 30% of its capacity)
  • External public: With prior reservation
  • Guests: we will suggest reserving your place, especially for breakfast, the day before
  • The maximum capacity per table is 6 people
  • Offer: plating service only
  • Starting on Sunday July 11, Sunday Brunch will be offered, in assisted mode
    • Breakfast: from 6.30AM to 11AM
    • Lunch: from 12.30PM to 3PM
    • Dinner: from 7PM to 11PM
  • We continue with the Take Away and Delivery modality
