Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • We have installed signage throughout our hotel to remind and encourage guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits. Seating capacities reductions in our restaurants are in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions are installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Our restaurant menus are available single use and also via QR code scanning.
  • Mobile check-in, check out and service requests are possible via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is available for parking.
  • Temperature Screening: we are screening temperature for guests and each person entering the property, including associates.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings, due to local legal requirements.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

Airport transfer: Book a safe and pleasant transfer from/to the airport with the hotel private limousine, please contact us in advance to make a reservation and provide us with your flight details.

 

Fitness Center and Spa: The World Class Health Academy onsite is open. Face masks are mandatory all over the club premises, except during training. Pool, Jacuzzi, and Sauna remain closed as per government ordinance.

 

Spa: Open, reservation required. Masks required at all times, except for facial treatment.

 

Executive Lounge: Temporarily unavailable*.

Meetings & Events: Meet Safe, Meet Smart. Contact us at sales@marriott.com to share with you our safety measures, conditions, and special packages for meetings and events at JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel. Hybrid events are available with state of the art equipment and technology and dedicated professional assistance.

Breakfast is served daily from 06:30 to 11:00 hrs at the JW Steakhouse restaurant. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas, including in the restaurant and when approaching the buffet.

Lunch and Dinner
Daily, between 12:30 - 23:00 hrs- served at the outdoor terrace, weather permitting, or at one of our indoor restaurants, pending government latest restrictions on the matter.

  • Social distancing rules are applied as per local legislation, distance between tables is 2m, the distance between guests waiting to be seated is 1,5 m.
  • Advance reservations required, maximum of six seats per one table.
  • Desinfectant dispensers are installed at the entrance of the restaurant.
  • Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on the direction provided by local authorities.
  • Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas.
  • Restaurant menu is available single use and also via QR code scanning.

 

Lobby Bar

Pavilion Lounge is open daily, from Monday to Friday, 15:00 - 00.00 hrs.


Room Service: is available from 06:30 to 23:00 hrs.
In rooms, the mini bars are disinfected and sealed after each guest departure.

Brunch
Available only for take out and delivery. Advance reservations required: bubbleon@marriott.com.

  • Lounge Access:  Open daily from 17:00 to 22:00 hrs. Chef's choice evening Hors d'oeuvre available between 17:30 to 19:30 hrs. Open bar with beer, wine and sparkling wine between 19:00 to 21:00. Breakfast continues to be served daily in the JW Steakhouse restaurant from 6:30 to 11:00 hrs.
  • Welcome Gift: In Hotel Welcome Gift for Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador Elite is 10$ credit for Food and Beverages or 1000 Marriott Bonvoy points.
