Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • Signage throughout to remind guests of the face mask requirement, to maintain social distancing, hand washing and occupancy limits on elevators.
  • Hand sanitizing stations have been added throughout the hotel in high-touch locations.
  • Our restaurants with only indoor seating are providing take-out food only and our outdoor restaurant is in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Partitions have been installed at the front desk and other guest interaction areas as needed.
  • Mobile check-in and key are available, and contactless service requests provided via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile App.
  • Currently only self-parking is available as valet service has been suspended.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and lobby as well as added hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g. face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are available on request and all superfluous in-room collateral removed from guest rooms. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Currently closed but spacing restrictions in place when usage is resumed.
  • Outdoor Pool: Open with limited capacity and available only to registered guests.
  • Daily Grill: 6:30am - 9pm, currently available for take-out/pick-up only, according to governmental guidelines.
  • E.D.B: 11am - 10pm, outdoor dining with appropriately distanced seating.
  • Room Service: 6:30am - 9pm, available with minimal contact delivery.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
 
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you have departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.

  • Breakfast: We offer complimentary breakfast options for take-out only for our Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite and Ambassador members. Marriott Silver Elite and Gold Elite Bonvoy members may purchase breakfast through room service for take-out through the Daily Grill Restaurant.
  • Lounge Access: Currently our lounge is closed but we offer a number of premium beverages, snacks and Starbuck's coffee at no cost next to the Front Desk to our Lounge guests.
  • Welcome Gift: Gold Elite: Automatic 500 Points; Platinum, Titanium, Ambassadors: 1,000 Points or $10 F&B Voucher. (We have Room Service available from 6:30am - 9pm & outside dining available from 11am - 10pm.).
  • Late Check-Out: Yes, based on availability for all Marriott Bonvoy members.
