Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits, and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants, spa or Conference Rooms/Meeting Facilities in compliance with local mandates. Partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. As per local regulation, it is mandatory for guests and visitors to wear personal face coverings as well while being in hotel public areas.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: As of September 2020 we will be utilizing enhanced technology, electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Indoor and Seasonal Outdoor Pools (including kids' pools): Open, face masks are not required.
  • Restaurants: Open, face masks are required for entry or while/if standing in line (e.g. open buffet breakfast line).
  • Fitness Center: Closed until further notice.
  • Sauna and Steam Room: Closed until further notice.
  • Turkish Hamam: Closed until further notice.
  • Spa Treatments: Not available until further notice.
  • Club Lounge: Open.
  • 360 Sky Bar and Restaurant: Open, operating from 3 pm to 1 am.
  • Sunflower Restaurant: Open, operating from 6:30 am to 10:30 am weekdays/11:00 am weekends for breakfast and from 12:30 pm to 1 am as a la carte.
  • Jasmine Lounge Bar (seasonal): Open, operating from 9 am to 12 pm.
  • Club Lounge: Closed until further notice. Services for Club Floor guests are provided in the Lobby Bar.
  • Lobby Bar: Open, operating from 8 am to 12 pm.

 

  • Tables and chairs are re-arranged to allow more space for distancing.
  • Distancing floor stickers and line barriers are placed.
  •  All multi-use menus are substituted with one-time use and online menus (QR codes are available on stands).
  • Guests are provided with hand sanitizer.
  • Posters on COVID-19 prevention measures are placed at the entrance of venues.
  • Bar high chairs are removed as per local regulations.
  • Drinks are served at tables.
  • Associates are wearing PPE.
  • The frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in high traffic areas, is increased.
  • Tables and chairs are disinfected after being used.
  • Depending on hotel occupancy, guests are provided breakfast as a la carte or as open buffet.
  • Transparent Flexi-glass barriers are mounted.
  • Open buffet breakfast will be distributed by kitchen associates wearing complete PPE.
  • Utensils and china are washed as per regulations using approved chemicals.

Available benefits vary by location and membership tier. At this hotel, please note that we currently offer the following Marriott Bonvoy benefits:

 

  • Breakfast: Depending on hotel occupancy, guests are provided breakfast as a la carte or as open buffet. For that purpose, transparent Flexi-glass barriers are mounted on breakfast. Open buffet breakfast will be distributed by kitchen associates wearing PPE. Contitental Breakfast for guests with Club Lounge access will be served in the Lobby Bar.
  • Lounge Access: Club Lounge is closed for the moment. Guests with Club Lounge access will be provided with relevant benefits at the Lobby Bar.
  • Welcome Gift: Provided as per Elite membership levels.
  • Late Check-Out: Provided as per Elite membership levels.
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Available.
  • Mobile Key: Available.
  • Each function room is equipped with disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizers.
  • Our conference floor is equipped with touchless hand sanitizer stations.
  • We clean and disinfect meeting rooms every 2 hours or during each break with enhanced cleaning protocols.
  • Restrooms on our conference floor are sanitized at least once every hour during events.
  • High-traffic areas and frequently touched items are disinfected as often as every hour.
  • Conference room occupancy plans are re-arranged as per local regulations (1 guest per 5 sq.meters) in order to allow enough distance between participants.
  • Based on local regulations, only a certain number of guests are allowed to enter spa lockers and indoor/outdoor pools at the same time.
  • COVID-19 informational posters are posted at the entrance of pool and lockers.
  • Distance between sunbeds are kept per local regulation (2 meters).
  • Floor directional signs are allocated.
  • Pool water is cleaned as per local regulations.
  • Spa towels are provided in one-time use plastic bags.
  • Sunbed covers are removed and sunbeds are disinfected after each guest's usage.
  • Foot washing baths are placed by the pool.
