Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.

The following measures have been taken to ensure a safe and healthy experience:

 

  • Signage is posted throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits in our elevators.
  • The use of face masks is mandatory for all guests and associates.
  • Plexiglass barriers, UV-C disinfectant light boxes have been installed at the front desk, and hand sanitizer stations have been installed in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and contactless delivery of room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Valet is currently not available; Only self-parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:



Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Staff members have their temperature checked prior to the beginning of each shift. As per local governance and Marriott International guidelines, guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel. We are able to provide face masks should you forget to pack your own.

Guest Room Cleaning: We are currently allowing 24 hours between guest rooms checking out and those checking in.

Room Amenities: In room coffee makers are currently available upon request. All paper collateral has been removed from guest rooms. In-Room dining menus are provided in a welcome packet upon arrival. Mini Bar contents have been removed. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Additional wipes are available and offered for $2.00 per packet.



Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:



Fitness Center: Temporarily Closed


Swimming Pool: Temporarily Closed


Spa: Truce Spa is open daily from 10am - 6pm; offering services at 50% capacity, reservations required, plexiglass barriers installed at reception and manicure/pedicure stations, treatment rooms sanitized before and after treatments.


Cypress Lounge & Wine Bar: Currently open for Dinner 4pm-10pm Thursday - Saturday.


Meetings & Events: Currently available for 5 and under attendees, as per local regulation.

In Room Dining:

 

  • Contactless delivery available daily for Breakfast 6:30AM to 10:30AM and Dinner 5PM to 10PM.
  • In room menus are provided for each guest at check in, and recycled after each guest checks out.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

 

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
