Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates

The following measures have been taken to ensure a safe and healthy experience:

 

  • Signage is posted throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits in our lifts.
  • Seating capacity reductions in our restaurant have been implemented in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • The use of face masks is mandatory for all guests and associates.
  • Plexiglass barriers, UV-C disinfectant light box have been installed at the Welcome desk, and hand sanitizer stations have been installed in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and contactless delivery of room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Valet and self-parking service is currently available.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and staircases as well as provided hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Staff members have their temperature checked prior to the beginning of each shift. As per local governance and Marriott International guidelines, guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel. We are able to provide face masks should you forget to pack your own.

Guest Room Cleaning: We are currently allowing 24 hours between guest rooms checking out and those checking in.

Room Amenities: In room coffee makers are currently available upon request. All paper collateral has been removed from guest rooms with the exception of our in room dining menu, which is replaced after each guest checks out. Mini Bar & Mix Bar contents have been removed, but guests may call Whatever/Whenever to request items for contactless delivery. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest. Additional wipes are available and offered for $2.00 per packet.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

The Lakehouse: Open, with face masks required for entry. Dinner service 4-10pm Thursday - Saturday.
Meetings & Events: Currently available for 5 and under attendees, as per local regulation
In Room Dining: Contactless delivery available daily 6:30am - 10pm, limited menu after 10pm. In room menus are single use and recycled after each guest checks out.

The Lakehouse: Open for Dinner only Thursday - Saturday 4pm - 10pm. Reservations are required, party size cannot exceed 5 guests and parties are seated at least 6 feet apart. Face masks are worn by all team members and temperature checks are provided to each team member prior to their shift. Menus are single use or contact free ordering and payment are available through your phone. Each table has a dedicated service team for limited points of contact and hand sanitizer is available at each table.
