The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

The following measures have been taken to ensure a safe and healthy experience:

 

  • Signage is posted throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing and occupancy limits in our lifts.
  • Seating capacity reductions in our restaurant have been implemented in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Plexiglass barriers, UV-C disinfectant light box have been installed at the Welcome desk, and hand sanitizer stations have been installed in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and contactless delivery of room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Valet and self-parking service is currently available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: Starting with our public spaces and high-traffic areas, we are going above and beyond our normal cleaning and disinfecting protocols. In addition, hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout our public areas including hotel entrances, our welcome desk, living room, lifts, WC's and meeting spaces. We have UV-C cubbies for disinfecting phones, tablets, pens and keys.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): To promote health and safety, face coverings are required for associates in all indoor public areas. Washington State mandates wearing face masks in public and inside businesses.  In addition, as of October 25, 2021 King County requires verification of vaccination status prior to entry to indoor bars, restaurants, entertainment and recreational establishments.

 

Electrostatic Spraying: We are utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
 

Guestrooms: In our guestrooms, we have elevated our protocols to thoroughly clean all surfaces with CDC approved disinfectants. We have installed UV-C lighting in our guest room HVAC systems, to help combat microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, mold and other pathogens at a 99.99% effective rate. We have antiseptic wipes upon request. We have also removed all paper collateral from our guestrooms. In Room Dining menus are provided upon arrival.  Complimentary coffee is available at our Welcome Desk daily from 6:30-10:30am.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we do provide daily housekeeping service. Should you wish to not have your room styled, please let our Welcome Desk team know. We will be happy to provide additional amenities and towels should you wish to forgo daily housekeeping service. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open 24/7 with regularly scheduled deep cleaning sessions following peak usage. FIT is available for up to 29 people maximum, and the machines are socially distanced. Masks and proof of vaccination are required.
Living Room Bar and The Porch: Indoor and outdoor seating available Tuesday - Saturday beginning at 4pm.  See website for daily hours.
The Lakehouse: Open Tuesday - Saturday beginning at 4pm.  See website for daily hours.
Civility & Unrest: Open Wednesday - Saturday beginning at 4pm.  See website for daily hours.
Meetings & Events: Limited Event & Meeting availability based upon local regulations for number of guests and meeting room capacities. Washington State mandates all guests are required to wear face coverings and practice social distancing in all public areas of the hotel, regardless of vaccination status.  In addition, as of October 25, 2021 King County requires verification of vaccination status prior to entry for all meetings and social events in our hotel. 

In Room Dining: Contactless delivery available daily from 6:30AM - 10PM. QR code menus are available to encourage touchless transactions. Single use printed menus available upon request.
