The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
Signage throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at the front desk, around the bar area, and at Coffee Corner Marketplace. 
 
Mobile check-in and key via our Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app allow for a contact less arrival experience.
 
Overnight self-parking is available for a daily fee of $14. The covered garage can accommodate vehicles up to a height of 6' 6". We have limited oversized vehicle parking options. Please call the hotel in advance of your arrival if your vehicle is oversized.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and guest rooms. These include:


 
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning 

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms & elevators, and have placed sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.



Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 

All staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing. Face coverings for both staff and guests are required in all indoor public areas. 



NanoSeptic® Self-Cleaning.

We have installed NanoSeptic® skins on door handles, knobs, and elevator floor and call buttons to continuously self-clean & sanitize these frequented touch points. 



Room Amenities

  • In-room coffee makers are available and are deep cleaned after every departure.
  • Disinfectant wipes are available upon request.


Housekeeping Service
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day as part of Marriott's Make a Green Choice program. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 3rd night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at Sheraton Baltimore North available to you while complying with local & state regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:   



Fitness Center - Open 24 hours, daily


Indoor Pool - Open 7:00am-10:00pm, daily. Guest room key accessible. No lifeguards on duty. Under 18 years of age requires an adult. Do not swim alone.


Sheraton Club Lounge - 6:30AM-10PM Monday-Thursday, 6:30AM-11AM Friday and 5PM-10PM Sunday


Business Center - Open 24 hours, daily


Pet-Friendly - Dogs up to 80 lbs permitted

Modified operational practices throughout our food & beverage outlets. All food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self-audits conducted in accordance with food safety standards & Maryland's Back to Business website as guidelines. The modifications we have made include:
