Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
As per local regulation COVID-19 green pass will be required to visit all indoor hospitality (restaurants and bars, spa & swimming pools) from August 6 in Italy. It will provide proof that the holder has either received at least one dose of the vaccine, has recovered from the virus or tested negative in the previous 48 hours.
Our staff adopts the personal protective equipment based on the activity they are performing, thus respecting safety measures. Guest are requested to wear personal face covering in all the common areas in the Hotel, for this reason, at your arrival you will find a special welcome kit in room, composed by a protective facemask, disposable gloves, hand gel and sanitizing wet wipes. Marriot Bonvoy Members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App to check-in.
For sanitizing the hotel areas, we are using recommended and certified agents. All hotel spaces have been reorganized to comply with the social distancing norms and we have installed hand sanitizing stations in all common areas. Furthermore, you will find signage, which will assist you, reminding the behavior to adopt.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest. We will continue to provide housekeeping services daily while you are away from the room. If you have any specific housekeeping preferences or would like to not receive housekeeping service during your stay, please contact guest services at any time.

We want your stay with us to be memorable, for this reason we have worked hard to offer all our services, while maintaining a safe environment and applying all our safety protocols. Our Kid's Club is temporarily closed to fulfill the Italian regulations.

The shuttle service is active and accessible to a determined number of people per run, in order to fulfill the Italian regulations.

The restaurant's opening hours remain unchanged: breakfast from 7:00am to 11:00am, lunch from 12:30pm to 2:30pm , and dinner from 7:30pm to 10:00pm. We apply the safety norms, which include an increased distance between tables and a consequent decrease of seats available, therefore, a reservation is recommended. The Swimming Pool, the Turkish bath and the Fitwell Club Gym are temporarily closed to fulfill the Italian regulations.
