Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Our staff adopts the personal protective equipment based on the activity they are performing, thus respecting safety measures. 

Face Masks: people are no longer required to wear face coverings. Mask in Italy is suggested in indoor public areas and required compulsory on public transport untill 15th June 2022. Social distancing remains in place.

We want your stay with us to be memorable, for this reason we have worked hard to offer all our services, while maintaining a safe environment and applying all our safety protocols. Our Concierge is available for every kind of services (restaurant reservations, transfer, rental, open-air activities) or if you wish to organize a tailor-made surprise at the following e-mail address: concierge@cristallo.it


The shuttle service is active and accessible to a determined number of people per run, in order to fulfill the Italian regulations.

The restaurant's opening hours remain unchanged: breakfast from 7:00am to 11:00am, lunch from 12:30pm to 2:30pm , and dinner from 7:30pm to 10:00pm. We apply the safety norms, which include an increased distance between tables and a consequent decrease of seats available, therefore, a reservation is recommended. Our Cristallo Ultimate Spa is open and follows strict hygiene protocols. Gym machines are sanitized regularly, and wipes are available for guests before and after the machine use. A reservation is strongly recommended to access our Spa services.
