Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Maintaining social distancing is taken into consideration during the process of guests' entry through hotel main gates. Hotel associates are responsible for monitoring and ensuring that social distancing is well maintained in addition to measuring guests' body temperature upon arrival.

Social distancing signs are placed in all hotel public spaces and footprints stickers are placed on the floors of all public spaces. Restaurant tables and chairs are organized to meet the social distancing for dining guests. Hand sanitizing devices are placed everywhere in the hotel public places, hallways, toiles, etc. Guests can now check in and out using mobile devices as well as using mobile key. All hotel associates wear facemasks and gloves where required. Only 50% is the maximum capacity of rooms and restaurants. Rooms are left vacant for 12 hours after guest's departure before another occupancy. A doctor is available onsite. Bedsheets and laundry are cleaned, disinfected according to both Marriott guidelines and local regulations. Reception desk is covered with protecting screens. Contactless menus and directories are placed at all restaurants and reception desk for guests to scan the QR codes.

The hotel fully applies Marriott Commitment to Cleanliness and safety measures. All public places and touching points are regularly disinfected and cleaned. Hand sanitizing tools are placed in all public areas. Coffee makers were removed from guest rooms. Local country regulations and precautions are strictly observed and maximum room occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. Disposable stationery and personal tools have been added for a one-time use.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Due to the current governmental restrictions, the Spa is not in operation, GYM operating with minimum capacity and Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam are closed. Lounges operating with the least occupancy.

High precaution measurements are taken into consideration at all indoor and outdoor dining areas. Restaurants' setup have been changed to compile with social distancing measurements and covers are offered to guests sanitized and in sealed packages. Breakfast buffet at Omar's Café is currently suspended and breakfast is available through an À La Carte menu. Following governmental restrictions, Shisha is currently not offered at the hotel.
