Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants, meeting rooms and Health Center in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

 

  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • In Room Dining & restaurants offer contactless e-menu.
  • Applying a sanitization procedure at the hotel entrance.
  • Disinfection of guest luggage upon arrival and departure.
  • Monitoring of guest temperature upon arrival.
  • Availability of hand sanitizers at the front desk and public areas

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.

Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Health Center: Open, social distancing in place and sanitizing machines before and after each guest
  • Spa: Closed, until further notice
  • Beach: Open
  • Golf: Open, social distancing required
  • Kids Club/Playground: Closed until further notice
  • Shuttle: Operating on Normal Schedule
  • Lounges: Open, social distancing applied
  • All restaurants and lounges are currently open with the exception of JW's Steakhouse & Lemongrass.
  • All restaurants including In Room dining offer contactless e-menu.
  • Regular disinfection is applied in all restaurants and lounges, all staff are wearing face masks,
  • Availability of hand sanitizers in all restaurants and seating arrangement maintaining social distancing is in place.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative.   • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
