Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Social distancing footprints placed on the floors of all public areas and hallways, in front of reception desk, on restaurants inside elevators.
  • Social distancing signs placed on visible public areas and hallways.
  • Hotel rooms are occupied with maximum of 50% hotel room capacity.
  • Maximum capacity 2 adults 2 children per each occupied room.
  • Restaurant tables are placed with social distancing and with only 50% of restaurant capacity.
  • Pre-registration prior to guest arrival.

  • Plexi-glass barriers installed to ensure our associates and guests are safely distant and protected.

  • Marriott Bonvoy application available for providing mobile check-in, mobile key and mobile check-out, please download the app via App store or Google and Join the Bonvoy program to use the services.

  • Guest Service Directory available through QR code for a contactless experience.

  • Elevators are occupied with maximum 2 guests, maintaining social distancing.

  • All rooms are cleaned and disinfected according to Marriott guidelines and local regulations. Bed sheets and other room clothing are washed and disinfected.
  • In-room coffee makers and collaterals were removed.
  • Disposable cups and other items are placed in rooms.
  • One-time use items are placed in rooms, such as pens.
  • Sanitizing devices are placed in all public areas.
  • Pool towels are placed in guest rooms after being sanitized and sealed.

  • Personal Protective Equipment kits are offered for guests in all guest rooms, at Front Desk, as well as Fitness center.

  • 12-hour timeframe between guest rooms check-in for properly deep cleaning, sanitizing and fumigating the room using enhanced steam technology before the next guest usage.

  • Luggage disinfection upon guest arrival and departure.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness room operating with limited capacity in observation for social distancing. Mandatory for all hotel associates to wear face masks and personal protective equipment. Fitness center equipment is sanitized after each guest use.
  • Swimming pool opens from 08.00 am until sunset, with observation for social distancing between pool loungers. All loungers are sanitized after each guest use.
  • All menus are a la carte, no more open buffet served.
  • QR code menus are visible in all restaurants.
  • Disposable cups and eating cutlery are placed in restaurant.
