Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, being respectful of personal choices with regards to social distancing and the wearing of face coverings. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

We have signage throughout our property to remind guests to maintain social distancing.

We have occupancy limits for bedrooms and seating capacity reductions in our restaurant and bar in compliance with U.K Government guidelines. Our hotel and Parker's Tavern reception areas have spacing guidelines for queuing at peak times.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

No valet service is currently available for parking, however Concierge can support with directions and luggage.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and public areas as well as providing hand sanitising stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Housekeeping will deep clean each bedroom and will leave them for 24 hours between guests where possible, housekeeping service during your stay is suspended, but can be arranged with the front desk team.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilising enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities


  • We have welcome sanitisation kits in all bedrooms for guests.
  • We have removed some items from bedrooms, including bathrobes and slippers, however these can be requested from the front desk team.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Centre: Open, guests must book a slot with hotel reception.
  • Meeting space: Open, guests must book with a team member

Parker's Tavern, our destination restaurant and bar, is open.


  • Breakfast is served between 6.30 and 10.30 Monday - Friday, and between 7.00 and 11.00 on the weekends.
  • Lunch is served between 12.00 and 15.30, 7 days a week.
  • Dinner is served between 18.00 and 21.30, 7 days a week.

Guests must register with the Parker's Tavern reception team, for the Track & Trace system.

In room dining is available for all guests, 24 hours a day. Our team members will not enter your room, but will present your food to you on a tray with full crockery.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:
  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed. 
  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.
  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
