Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing and wearing face coverings whenever you're in indoor public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing. Restaurants are operating in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions are installed at front desks, and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Face masks and disposable gloves provided on request.
  • Hotel cleans and sanitizes public areas and publicly accessible facilities every two hours or more if necessary.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves, etc) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Following the government update on 31 July 2020, hotel guests are requested to wear face masks in all public areas.
Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. All in-room magazines and menus including room service and restaurants have been removed and will be provided upon check-in.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

Our Leisure Club and Swimming Pool are both open, but advance booking of time slots is absolutely essential at this time.

  • Monday to Thursday 7am - 9pm
  • Friday 7am - 8pm
  • Saturday 8am - 8pm
  • Sunday 8am - 6pm

As per Government regulations we have to limit the number of people in the facility at any one time and as such, a booking system is in operation via the hotel leisure club or front desk after Club opening hours. Please call 01480 446 002 to book a time slot in advance of your visit.
