Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks for the safety of our guests and associates.

Mobile check-in, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.

We encourage self parking as part of our endeavor to provide contactless experience.

Our swimming pool, steam and sauna facilities are currently not operational as per government directive.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers and minibar are currently available, but guests can request for fruits and other amenities. Sanitizers are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks / vizors required at all times.
  • Spa: Not open, reservation required.
  • Airport Transfers: Operating on Normal Schedule, with 24 hour notice
  • Lounges: JW Lounge is open, our Executive Lounge is not operational till further notice. Face masks required for entry.

JW Kitchen & JW Lounge are open.


In keeping with social distancing, we have transformed our buffet set up into single portion food items served at the table for the safety of our guests and associates. QR codes are available for easy access to the menu and payment options. Sanitization of surfaces done every thirty minutes and before and after use of every area. Associates wear PPE while serving and interacting to ensure safety.
