Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
  • Signage throughout our resort to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants and banquets in compliance with local and state mandates. Limit numbers of guests in elevators. Disinfectant hand sanitizer gel provided throughout the resort. The use of face mask is mandatory for all guests and associates and face masks are provided upon request.
  • A queue system with floor markings is used throughout the resort to maintain social distancing in restaurants.
  • Mobile check-in, mobile check-out, mobile key and mobile chat available for guests to send requests and advise of preferences with other service requests available through the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Social distancing is provided in the restaurants and monitored by our associates if assistance is required. No valet service is currently available for parking.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobby, restaurants and bars, Parvati Spa, Fitness Centre, Le Meridien Family Kids Club and provide more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Associates wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Room Amenities: We sanitize the regular hand touch points in the room including TV remote control, pen, handles, telephone, and in the bathroom on daily basis. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room. Use of Electrostatic sprayer in high-traffic public areas to thoroughly disinfect and maintain our high standard of cleanliness.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services daily and while you are away from the room. If you would like to receive additional cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Centre: Open from 06:00 - 21:00 hrs. Limited capacity of 50%. Guests have access to disinfection wipes to use before and after use on equipment and associates are disinfecting all high touch areas on a 2 hourly or more frequent schedule.
  • Le Meridien Family Kids Club: Please be advised that the resort will be closing the Family Kids Club for renovation until further notice. 

Our Favola restaurant opens from 11:00 - 22:00 hrs.
Latest Recipe - Open daily for breakfast from 06:30 - 10:30 hrs
Latitude 19 bar - Open every Friday - Sunday from 11:30 - 17:00 hrs

You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our restaurants and bars, including venue check-in and temperature screening, social distancing signages, hand sanitizer stations, associates wearing personal protective equipment, table spacing to support social distancing, and tables and chairs cleaning with disinfectant between each guest's use. To maintain safe social distance, digital menu via QR code and contactless payment via EDC QR code and Alipay are available.

For food safety, our Culinary team conducts weekly digital food hygiene self-audits. Culinary or Stewarding associates sanitize in between preparations or every two hours to ensure cleanliness standards.

For the Health and Safety of our Associates & Customers, the following precautions may be in place during your event:


  • Social distancing measure of more than one meter which may include one-way system, space capacity limits in public areas (e.g. restrooms, lifts). Signages are available to remind guests to maintain social distancing protocols.
  • Reducing seating capacity according to the local laws and government regulations.
  • Hand sanitiser stations in public areas, event spaces and face coverings available on request for all guests.
  • Enhanced Cleaning Protocols including but not limited to: disinfect all equipment setup before/after meeting, routine cleaning throughout day of high-touch areas.
  • Setting meals and breaks in spaces reserved for the specific event (no co-mingling with other event guests).
  • Offering a wide variety of hygienic F+B options tailored to group size. Redesigning F+B station set-ups to maintain appropriate distancing.
  • Staggered arrivals, departures and breaks. Queuing may be required.

Under the guidance of our MICE planning team, host an innovative seminar, conference or gala event in meeting spaces complemented by custom packages designed to meet the needs of your unique business event.
