In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:
HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Your guest room is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival with hospital grade disinfectants. During your stay, we will provide daily housekeeping services based on your preferences. Please communicate your preferences to the front desk during check-in if you prefer to limit associate entry to your guest room during your stay; should you choose to forgo daily housekeeping services, you may contact the front desk at any time to arrange delivery of additional linens and toiletries upon your request. You can contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or stop by the front desk. All housekeeping will be conducted while you are away from the room where possible.
ENHANCED PUBLIC SPACE CLEANING
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT (PPE).
Staff members and Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.
