The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage throughout our hotel reminds guests to maintain social distancing, elevator occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks. Mobile check-in is available and encouraged. Valet parking is temporarily suspended.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Your guest room is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival with hospital grade disinfectants. During your stay, we will provide daily housekeeping services based on your preferences. Please communicate your preferences to the front desk during check-in if you prefer to limit associate entry to your guest room during your stay; should you choose to forgo daily housekeeping services, you may contact the front desk at any time to arrange delivery of additional linens and toiletries upon your request. You can contact us via Mobile Chat or Request in the Marriott Bonvoy app or stop by the front desk. All housekeeping will be conducted while you are away from the room where possible.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Staff members and Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. 


Guests are welcome to enjoy our spacious indoor swimming pool and Fitness Center.


The Spa at JW is open with the following hours:

  • Friday 10am - 5pm
  • Saturday 9am - 6pm
  • Sunday 9am - 6pm

The Florentine: Open Sunday -Thursday - 7am -10pm, Friday and Saturday - 7am -11pm. Reservations are recommend due to capacity limitations. Full Bar & Wine list is available.


Executive Lounge: Opening date July 5th at 5:00pm
