The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Touchless Hand Sanitizer Stations located throughout public spaces.
  • Distanced Check-in experience including self-serve CC machine, Room Key Drop Box, and Plexi-Glass Partitions at front desk.
  • Pre-packaged food and drink offered in 601 N. Market and Café, including house made salads, wraps, sweets, and snacks prepared using hand/face/body PPE.
  • Removal of nonessential items such as magazines, marketing cards, and stationary.
  • Front Desk shields/barriers including floor decals to aid in social distancing. Signage to remind guests to maintain social distancing and removal or re-arranging furniture to allow for social distancing.
  • Mobile technology such as check in and mobile requests for additional services for less contact.
  • Disinfecting wipes in each room for guests' use. Ecolab and CDC approved cleaning products used by all departments certified to kill coronavirus.
  • Sanitized Guestroom Areas: Room Attendants provide signature of completion.
  • Guestroom door, both sides, handle, latch, peephole, Connecting doors, handles, Light switches, thermostat, TV remote control, telephones, DND sign, Closet door, iron, ironing board, hangers, safe, luggage rack, Window sills, window, curtain rods, Headboard, nightstand, inside drawers, bibles, knobs, handles, Refrigerator, coffee maker, ice bucket and lid, Desktop, lamps/buttons/switches, clock, compendium, inside desk drawers, Desk chair including arms and height adjustment, End tables, coffee tables and picture frames, Sofa beds stripped and made up, Remove all linens including on unused beds in rooms with two beds.
  • Pillows: change pillowcases and pillow protectors, Mattress pads.
  • Place remote controls in a remote control cover
  • Remove extra roll of TP and box of facial tissue

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night unless more frequent cleaning is requested.
