The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

To ensure a safe experience for all guests and associates, we have implemented the following practices:


  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.
  • Mobile check-in and key, service requests, and room service orders delivered right to your door via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • No valet service is currently available for parking.
  • The City of Chicago requires that all guests wear masks in indoor public spaces, regardless of vaccination status.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have notice made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities:In-room coffee makers are not currently available, but guests can request contactless coffee delivery.
Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. You can also use your smartphone as your TV remote control in your guest room to enable a touchless entertainment experience.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
  • Fitness Center: Open 6:00 am to 10:00 pm; fitness center disinfected every 60 minutes and machines are blocked to ensure social distancing. Masks required.
  • Pool: Our indoor pool is open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. 
  • Raised Urban Rooftop Bar: Open 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm Monday - Thursday, 3:00 pm - 12:00 am Friday & Saturday, closed Sundays. Masks required except when seated.

Raised Urban Rooftop Bar is open for indoor and outdoor dining with limited seating to comply with city and state regulations. Visit www.RaisedBarChicago.com  for more information and to make reservations, which are required due to city regulations. Raised outdoor seating is offered during the following hours:


  • Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
  • Friday - Saturday 3:00 pm - 12 midnight
  • Sunday CLOSED


Staytion Market offers grab and go items as well as hot food items made to order. Located in our lobby, the Market is open from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm Sunday through Thursday, and 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. 


In-room dining is available through A La Carte by pressing "0", or by ordering through your Marriott Bonvoy app. Service is available during the following hours: 


  • 24/7
  • Late Night Dining 11:00 pm - 7:00 am

Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase in the lobby during the hours when A La Carte service is not available. Chicago regulations prohibit liquor sales after 11:00 pm.

Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.

  • Mobile Key. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room.

  • Mobile Dining. Order your private, in-room dining through the app.

  • Mobile Guest Requests. Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
