Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations and wearing a face covering - which is required - whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding. We remind you also to practice social distancing, staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates.
  • In accordance with State of Illinois Guidelines, all guests are required to wear a face covering when in public areas of the hotel and while interacting with service staff.
  • As a friendly reminder we have signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities.
  • We have reductions seating capacity in our public areas and banquet facilities in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Partitions have been installed at front desks pods and elevator capacity limits of 2 people per elevator.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities.

Housekeeping Service:

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 5th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center | Open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM with limited capacity restrictions. Reservation must be made with front desk prior to accessing the fitness center.
  • Pool | Open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM with limited capacity restrictions. Reservation must be made with front desk prior to accessing the fitness center.
  • Hot Tub | Currently closed
  • Gift Shop | Open 24 hours a day with various snacks, beverages and Grab & Go items
  • Ciazza Kitchen + Bar open Tuesday - Saturday from 4pm to 10pm.
  • For morning service, the hotel offers grab & go items at the front desk to include hot and cold beverages.
  • Also available are nearby restaurants for tent dining in or delivery options. Please see the front desk for a list of area food options. Delivery services such as Uber Eats and Grubhub are also available.
  • Concierge Lounge is currently closed.
  • Meetings and Events are still able to be hosted within the government guidelines of 25 people or less. Please speak with the Sales Department for more information and how to plan your safe meeting.
