Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • In accordance with State of Illinois Guidelines, guests (over the age of 2 years old) who are not vaccinated must wear a face covering in public areas of the hotel when unable to maintain a safe distance from others.
  • We have reduced seating capacity in our public areas.
  • Plexiglass partitions have been installed at front desks pods.
  • Mobile check-in and check-out and mobile key available via the Marriott app.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. 

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Non-vaccinated staff members will wear PPE face coverings and other PPE based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by local authorities.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center | Open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM with limited capacity restrictions. 
  • Pool | Open daily from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM 
  • Hot Tub | Currently closed
  • Gift Shop | Open 24 hours a day with various snacks, beverages 
  • Ciazza Kitchen + Bar open for breakfast Tuesday - Friday from 6:30am to 10:00am and Saturday-Sunday from 7:00am to 10:30am; Open for dinner Monday - Thursday from 4:00pm to 11:00pm and Friday - Saturday from 4:00pm to 12:00am
  • Also available are nearby restaurants for in-person dining or delivery options. Please see the front desk for a list of area food options. Delivery services such as Uber Eats and Grubhub are also available.
  • Concierge Lounge is currently closed.
  • Please speak with the Sales Department for more information and how to plan and execute your safe meeting.
