The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
Signage and floor markers throughout our hotel to remind guests to maintain social distancing, seating capacity reduction in our restaurant and equipment distancing in our fitness center in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines. Room service available with contactless delivery as well.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Face coverings are required for all staff members and are also required for all guests in the hotel's public areas. Staff members will wear gloves, etc, based on the activities they are performing and will practice frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection with EPA-approved agents that kill the COVID-19 virus, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms and elevators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the hotel.

Housekeeping Service: To limit staff entry to guest rooms during a guest stay, daily stayover cleaning service is not offered, but guests can request replenishment of any room amenities by contacting the front desk for item pickup or for contactless delivery.

Disinfectant wipes are available for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.
Please note: Johnson County is currently mandating masks be worn in all public areas.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, face mask required for entry. Cleaning products to clean prior and post use are provided. Social distancing encouraged.
Pool: Open, face mask required for entry and when not swimming. Amount of individuals using pool is limited.
Shuttle: Not currently operating
Business Center: Open, face mask required
Restaurant: Open, face mask required for entry. Disposable silverware, containers and single use condiments utilized
Edgewater Grille: Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (closing at 9pm) Dine In, Carry-Out, and Curbside Pickup Available

River Bar and Coffee: Open Daily. We Proudly Brew Starbucks Coffee

The Market: Open 24 hours. Snacks, beverages, and cold food items.

We currently are offering all food through the restaurant in disposable containers and silverware. Guests can pick up at the restaurant/ bar or can elect to have it delivered to their room, where we offer contactless delivery. We currently are operating from 6:30am - 1:30pm and then 1:30pm - 9:00pm. The kitchen associates are gloved/ masked and follow all brand and local cleaning guidelines in our kitchen.

Marriott Bonvoy Member Benefits: We are committed to delivering the Marriott Bonvoy benefits for your membership level. Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. Marriott Bonvoy members are invited to use the Marriott Bonvoy App (available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out: Let us know via the app when you are planning to arrive and once you departed.
  • Mobile Key: Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room
  • Mobile Dining: Order your private, in-room dining through the app.
  • Mobile Guest Requests: Connect with us via the app to request items you would like delivered to your guest room.
