Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. Our public spaces are equipped with the necessary signage which guides our guests about social distancing. Restaurant and Banquet spaces have been redefined with reduced seating capacity in compliance with the local and state mandates.

We have redesigned the overall upkeep & cleaning procedures to ensure minimal contact experiences at the public spaces. We have dedicated sanitizing stations in all public areas with easy access to all our guests. Room keys and all the stationaries are kept sanitized for your safety. Your luggage will be sanitized before they are sent up to your room.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including lobby, restrooms and elevators and have provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. All vendors and employees entering the building undergo a temperature check .Guests are advised to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with recommended disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: Amenities like dental kit, Shaving kit, Shower cap etc. are made available only on request as a precautionary measure. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

The rooms are thoroughly cleaned and every touch point sanitized using the recommended chemicals suggested by our hygiene partner Diversey before being released for the next guest. Currently we clean occupied rooms only once in three days for the psychological comfort of our guests and safety of our own associates. However, if you wish, we can have your room cleaned every day, provided the guest is not in the room or agrees to step out of the room when the cleaning process is on.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Banquets/Meeting Rooms: The hotel is operating its meeting facilities with reduced capacity.
  • Kovai Kitchen: Our restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner between 6:30am and 08:00 pm as per local guidelines with reduced seating capacity.
  • Room Service: Our contactless in room dining services are available 24 hours.
  • Takeaway: The hotel has enabled digital payments and we have made our food ordering process online to ensure contactless pickup & contactless delivery.
  • Our restaurant team abides by state and local guidelines, including the use of face masks and gloves.
