The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

Our team is steadfast in our commitment to provide you with the essential services needed for a memorable stay while being compliant with guidelines outlined by the CDC, WHO and local and state health authorities. To that end, the Cuyahoga County Board of Health has issued a recommendation to wear a mask in public indoor settings, including those who are fully vaccinated. If needed, visit the front office at any time during your stay and our staff will be pleased to provide complimentary masks.

We are taking steps to ensure the highest standards for hygiene and cleanliness to safeguard our guests and associates. Our health and safety measures address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and include proper handwashing hygiene, using proper cleaning products and regimented cleaning procedures.


We closely monitor the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization statements and continue following their guidance and that of local health authorities.

The health and well-being of our guests is priority, so please be aware of the following modifications to housekeeping services and guest requests. Please dial "0" and it will be the pleasure of our Front Desk Staff to coordinate and answer questions.

 

  • Stayover services are currently suspended but housekeeping services can be scheduled as needed.
  • Guestrooms must be vacated while all housekeeping services are provided, including changing of linens and towels, removing of trash, etc.
  • All guest requests (i.e additional linens or toiletries) will be achieved via contactless delivery.
  • Full trash bags and soiled linens will be collected by special arrangement. Please do not place these items outside the guestroom door but rather dial "0" and the front desk staff will arrange contactless pickup.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let us our guest services team know. We will be happy to make schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Through meticulous planning, we have adapted many aspects of our hotel to ensure compliance to social distancing and health guidelines. While some services and amenities are currently unavailable, we're confident you'll still feel energized and inspired while with us.

 

  • The indoor pool is closed; however, fuel your mind and body in our socially-distanced fitness center
  • Catering for up to 125 people is available in our ballroom based on social distancing
RC Grille is open for Breakfast and Dinner.
  • Breakfast is 6:30am-10:00am M-F and 7:00am-12:00pm S-S.
  • Dinner is 5:00pm-11:00pm.

Room service is not currently available, however we offer carry-out from our restaurant.

Our Starbucks Kiosk is currently unavailable.

M-Club is open, 24/7 with grab and go snacks, drinks, and Starbucks.

Our Gift shop is also open.
