Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Consistent with the most recent CDC guidance, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law. We ask that unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.
  • Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing.

  • Recommendations for 2 people or 1 family per elevator.
  • Variety Cold/Microwave food & beverage options available at Front Desk Pantry 7 days per week.

  • Mobile check-in/out, Mobile Key and Mobile Service Requests.

Housekeeping services are in operation, however, to maintain the safety of our guests and associates, we will not be conducting standard daily Housekeeping service unless requested. If you are in need of service or additional items in your guest room, please contact the Front Office Team for more information by dialing "0" on your house phone.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Hotel also performs associate temperature checks before each shift.

Guest Mask Requirement: Guests at all Marriott-operated properties are required to wear face masks in public areas.

Electrostatic Spraying.
We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Housekeeping Upon Request: Housekeeping services are in operation, however, to maintain the safety of our guests and associates, we will not be conducting standard daily Housekeeping service unless requested. If you are in need of service or additional items in your guest room, please contact the Front Office Team for more information by dialing "0" on your house phone.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open daily, 24 hours with stations appropriate social distanced
  • Self Parking: Operational
    • Hotel Guest Overnight: $15
    • Hotel Daily (non-overnight) Guest: $15

When planning a visit to local area attractions (including those listed on our website), please check directly with the attraction to confirm if they are open and if so, hours of operation.

Restaurant services at the Hotel have been modified to comply with guidelines set by the local authorities. We are open during the hours below and looking forward to serving you.

  • Thursday - Saturday, 3 pm - 9 pm

 

Stoke Restaurant:

  • Dinner Thursday-Saturday, 5 pm - 10 pm
  • Brunch Brunch Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am - 3:00 PM
