The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Unless it is required by local law or order, fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel. We ask that all unvaccinated guests continue to wear face coverings and practice social distancing when they are in public spaces inside the hotel.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning.
We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Hotel also performs associate temperature checks before each shift.

Electrostatic Spraying.
We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.

Room Amenities: Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Housekeeping Upon Request: Housekeeping services are in operation, however, to maintain the safety of our guests and associates, we will not be conducting standard daily Housekeeping service unless requested. If you are in need of service or additional items in your guest room, please contact the Front Office Team for more information by dialing "0" on your house phone.
Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

Restaurant services at the Hotel have been modified to comply with guidelines set by the local authorities. We are open during the hours below and looking forward to serving you.


JP Charlotte:


Enjoy flavorful American dining at JP Charlotte, our on-site restaurant. Begin your morning with a hearty breakfast, and return in the evening to choose from a host of seasonal offerings, including brick fired steaks, burgers and flat breads.

  • Breakfast Service: 7 am - 11 am (Thursday  - Monday, closed on Tuesday and Wednesday) 
  • Lunch Service 11 am - 2 pm (Thursday  - Monday, closed on Tuesday and Wednesday) 

SoCo Café (Located in Lobby):

  • Open,  daily 7 am - 2 pm (opens at 6 am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday)  

Fuel your Charlotte adventure at SoCo Café, located off the lobby, serves Starbucks® coffee, fresh juices, soft drinks, and delectable pastries, muffins, and tasty to-go sandwiches for all meals. A Selection of Beers and wines are available for purchase all day as well.


SoCo Bar:

  • Sunday -  Friday 4 pm - 11 pm
  • Saturday -  4 pm - midnight
  • Dine-in or Carry-out

Open for dinner and drinks nightly.


After a day of work or exploring Uptown Charlotte, you'll look forward to relaxing at SoCo Bar. Awash in light and views from floor-to-ceiling windows, this bar features a unique menu of artisanal cocktails and dining options. Children are welcomed to dine in the bar area with their parents. If you prefer, you can call to order your drinks and food for pick-up so you can enjoy in the privacy of your room.


Room Service: 
While we do not currently offer room service, there is a large variety of dining options in and surrounding our hotel, including countless delivery options.
