The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

Since our hotel never closed during this pandemic, we did the changes right away in order to adapt the new protocols in order to keep our guest and Associates safe.

Signage about mask usage inside the hotel in every hotel's access, hand sanitizer available in all common areas and encourage our guest to do mobile check has been very well receive.

We have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices from the guest rooms to our entire hotel some of them are

Hand sanitizing stations in every area with high guest contact.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for every associate that goes into a guest room after they departed in order to sanitize it, we have one person going into rooms in full body protective suit in order to remove all dirty linens and garbage before housekeeping goes inside.

We are following all protocols and also all the resources that are available, this include electrostatics disinfectant usage and the Ecolab procedures to keep all areas safe.

In our rooms we have removed all items that usually stay in the room but we have them available under request, like Bible and Book of Mormon, pens and papers also coffee set up is available upon request, TV remote control is sanitized and place in a seal transparent bag.

Disinfectant wipes are available at the entrance of the hotel and also at the front desk upon request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

Rooftop bar is open following governors guidelines, complementary coffee is available and served by an attendant.
