The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.
  • Signage and floor clings have been placed throughout the hotel and event spaces to remind guests to maintain social distancing.
  • Occupancy limits and seating capacity reductions have been put into place in the bar, restaurant, and event spaces in compliance with local and state mandates.
  • Limited contact in room dining is available to all hotel guests.
  • Face masks are mandatory in all public space for both hotel associates and guests. Face masks are provided at the front desk.
  • Partitions have been installed at the Front Desk along with hand sanitizer station.
  • Hand sanitizer is provided on each elevator landing and throughout the Hub.
  • Increased cleaning frequency has been implemented in all high touch/high traffic areas of the hotel.
  • Mobile check-in and key is available via the Marriott Bonvoy™ mobile app.
  • Minimal contact valet service is provided.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, lobby, and back of the house areas.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Hotel associates and guests are required to wear face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.
  • Enhanced In Room Disinfecting: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. High touch areas are disinfected a second time during our inspection process.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Removing and Reducing Shared Items: We have made several changes throughout the room to ensure the elimination of cross contamination. Extra towels have been removed (available upon request), clean robes are found in your closet in a sealed bag, menu's and hotel information can be accessed from the QR codes in the rooms printed on wipeable paper and disinfected between each stay. Disinfectant wipes are in room upon arrival.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not provide housekeeping automatically every day. If you wish to receive daily housekeeping refresh service, please let our guest services team know. We will be happy to schedule service according to your preferences. Please note that if you are staying with us a bit longer, we will automatically clean your guest room after every 6th night.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


  • Fitness Center: Open 24/7 with some machines placed in Out of Service status to allow for social distancing. The fitness center is disinfected throughout the day to ensure cleanliness.
  • Spa: Our spa is open Thursday - Sunday and complies with all local regulations. Spa suites are limited to the technician and the guest receiving services. The suites are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each service.
  • Soul Bar: Seating has been spaced to allow for social distancing, face masks are required when not seated. Eating and drinking is prohibited while standing. Associates have increased the frequency of hand washing and disinfecting surfaces. Menu's are available via QR code or on the screen behind Soul bar.
  • The Guild House: Tables are spaced according to local regulations. Face masks are required except when seated. Eating and drinking is prohibited while standing. Associates have increased the frequency of hand washing ad disinfecting surfaces. Menu's are available via QR code. Single use paper menu's are available upon request.
  • In Room Dining: Available with limited contact delivery.
