Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you’re in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Maintaining safe social distance is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary contact. Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App to take advantage of contactless options.
In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings in all public areas of the hotel.

Room Amenities:
  • Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:


Fitness Center: Open 24 hours in-house guests. You can use your key card to access the gym 24 hours a day. We clean every exercise equipment every time after any guests' usage and encourage guests to additionally self-wipe down equipment before usage.

Spa: Open from 10:00 - 22:00

Lounges: Temporarily moved to Latitude 18 and Latest Recipe, 1st Floor, face masks required for entry.

You'll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our restaurants and bars, including venue check-in and temperature screening, social distancing signages, hand sanitizer stations, associates wearing personal protective equipment, table spacing to support social distancing, and tables and chairs cleaning with disinfectant between each guest's use. To maintain safe social distance, digital menu via QR code and contactless payment via EDC QR code and Alipay are available. 


For food safety, our Culinary team conducts weekly digital food hygiene self-audits. Culinary or Stewarding associates sanitize in between preparations or every two hours to ensure cleanliness standards.

Thank you for your understanding in cases where we may have to offer an alternative. At our meeting spaces, we have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection as well as maintain safe social distance, including venue check-in and temperature screening, social distancing signages, hand sanitizer stations, associates wearing personal protective equipment, reducing seating capacity, consulting with each meeting planner to review and align on expected social distancing practices and safety measures, or providing Live/Virtual Hybrid Meetings through live streaming capabilities.
