Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
Signage throughout our hotels to remind guests to maintain social distancing, occupancy limits and seating capacities reductions in our restaurants in compliance with local and state mandates, and partitions installed at front desks and food and beverage service lines.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:

 

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face shield, face mask, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are welcome to wear personal face coverings.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: All dry amenities have been removed from the room and are provided upon request. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.
  • Housekeeping Service: Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. During your stay, we will not service your rooms, however if you wish to avail the services we are happy to shift your room as per availability. Post check-out all rooms are kept under observation for 24hrs before service.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. The modifications we have made include:

 

  • Fitness Center: Open, face masks required at all times.
  • Spa: Closed until further notice.
  • Swimming Pool: Closed until further notice.
  • Shuttle: Operating as per demand and disinfected before and after every usage.
  • Lounges: Closed until further notice.
Modified operational practices for in-room dining, no self-service buffets, all food handlers trained on safe food preparation and service practices, and self- and independent audits in accordance with food safety standards as guidelines.

Restaurant (Momo Café) is operational for all meal periods, sanitization done every 2 hrs and after every usage.
Keeping the government regulations in mind the seating capacity is reduced to 50 percent to maintain social distancing, contact dining experience offered.
