Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.

Signage throughout 15 on Orange Hotel, Autograph Collection, to remind guests to maintain and practice social distancing at all times. Seating capacity reductions in our Food and Beverage outlets as well as Conference spaces is in place and in compliance with local law, mandated by South African Government.

Mobile check-in and key, service requests, contactless menus via the use of QR codes as well as contactless room service delivery.


Gym facilities are open with hygienic and protocols in place to keep both guests and associates safe at all times.


No Valet parking service will be available.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms.

We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, public space areas, elevators, as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations throughout the property. Staff members will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are required to wear personal face coverings.

We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request. Within the guest bedrooms, the mini bar will be emptied and sanitized for guests own usage, any mini bar items required may be ordered via In Room Dining. Refreshment station will be sanitized and stocked for all new arrivals, and replenished on request. Iron and Ironing board on request.

Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide light housekeeping cleaning services daily and full service cleaning on the third day with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and following hygienic and social distancing protocols.

The modifications we have made include:

Fitness Center: Open, a time slot needs to be pre-booked with reception.
Savour Restaurant: Open from 06h30 until 22h00. Mask is required until seated.
Atrium Bar and Lounge: Open from 11h00 until 23h00. Mask is required until seated.
Room Service: Available from 06h30 until 22h00.
Pool deck: Outdoor Pool - Open. Mask is required until seated.
Breakfast:
An a la carte breakfast menu will be available in Savour Restaurant for all guests, alternatively guests can make use of in-room dining with appropriate charges. Pre-packed items can be arranged prior with reception.
Breakfast available from 06h30 until 10h30 daily.

Dining:
  • Menu offerings will be limited and available on an a la carte basis
  • Each table will be cleaned and sanitized after each use
  • Staff will wear the appropriate PPE and stand at 1.5m distance when taking orders
  • QR based menus available, alternatively hard copies offered to guests on request

In Room Dining is available for all in-house guests between 06h30 and 22h00.
