The safety of our guests and associates is a top priority. As guidance regarding face coverings and vaccination verification varies by local jurisdiction and may change, guests should review public information websites for the most up-to-date guidance for your destination, as well as the hotel-specific sections below and US and Canada Travel Advisories | Marriott Bonvoy™ before traveling. Fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear face coverings or social distance in indoor or outdoor areas of the hotel, unless required by local law.

In keeping with Marriott's Commitment to Clean, we have made several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout our property and in guest rooms. These include:


  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic including restrooms, elevators, and escalators as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Guests are no longer required to wear personal face coverings indoors throughout the hotel, but is strongly recommended.
  • Electrostatic Spraying: We're utilizing enhanced technologies, including electrostatic sprayers with hospital-grade disinfectants, to support our already rigorous cleanliness protocols.
  • Room Amenities: In-room coffee makers are currently available in all guest rooms. Disinfectant wipes are available in the room for every arriving guest as well as upon request.

Your guest room is your sanctuary throughout your stay with us.  As part of our commitment to you, we have deeply cleaned your room in preparation for your arrival.  Unless you choose otherwise, we will not provide daily housekeeping service in an effort to maintain a contact-lite experience.  If you have any requests, or would like us to service your room, we would be delighted to do so. Simply let us know when you will be leaving for the day and we will do the rest.  If you are staying with us a bit longer, we will clean your guest room after every 7th night. 

We are committed to making the amenities and services at our property available to you while complying with local regulations, including guidance on reducing capacity in public spaces and reinforcing social distancing. Per State of California COVID-19 website, face coverings are no longer required indoors, but they are still strongly recommended.


 The modifications we have made include:


  • Swimming Pool: Open, social distancing.  Face coverings are no longer required indoors in California, with a few exceptions. But they are still strongly recommended.
  • Restaurant & Bar: Open for outside seating and take out, social distancing and face coverings are no longer required
  • Fitness Center:  Open.
  • Shuttle: Limited service to and from the John Wayne Airport by request only and based on availability. 
  • Silver Trumpet Restaurant & Bar is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Food service is available until 30 minutes before closing.
  • Room Service is available between 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
