Hotel Information

Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. We do appreciate your support and understanding.
The staff at the Front desk welcome our guests wearing masks and behind spacing columns and glass protectors. Our staff members are aware and trained of Covid-19 virus transmission and able to provide information to our guests. At the entrance, signs invite guests to frequently wash hands, sanitize products available in common areas, avoid hugs, handshakes and direct physical contact, sneeze or cough between in the elbow, maintain a safety distance and avoid the mixed use of bottles and glasses and direct contact of eyes, nose and mouth.
  • We have reinforced our sanitation services in all public areas and pay special attention to cleaning "high-frequency touch points" such as door handles and elevator knobs. The cleaning of all common areas is carried out with 70% alcohol-based sanitizing products.
  • We have removed all paper materials from public areas, hotel outlets and guest rooms.
  • Face masks are required for both guests and staff in public areas. Hand sanitizer are available to guests & staff. We have also made doctors available 24/7.
  • We kindly ask our guests to use our elevators one at time or per household.
  • Rooms are being thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between stays of our guests.
  • Once arrived at the rooms, the seal at the door will indicate that the room has been sanitized with ozone. All linens are sanitized in high-temperature wash. We have made minibar refill upon request.


Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you'd like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it.
  • Fitness Center: Private workout session upon reservation only. For more information and reservations, please ask the reception upon arrival. The gel sanitizer is available to all guests at the entrance
  • SPA: In compliance with the Ministerial Decree of 25 October 2020, the wellness area will remain closed until new provisions of the National Government. The Beauty area for basic treatments, massages and aesthetic services is available upon reservation.
  • Bathers will be discouraged from placing towels between umbrellas.
  • All seats, tables and any other items will be disinfected after each use.

We have implemented social distancing through guest seating (1.0 mt spacing between each table). Restaurant associates regularly disinfect tables, counters, surfaces etc., after each use and make sure each outlet is properly aired.


We've suspended buffet and enhanced hygiene measures by making hand sanitizers available in the restaurant area.

Available benefits vary by location and membership tier.
  • The cleaning of our meeting rooms is carried out with 70% alcohol-based sanitizing products.
  • The conditioning in our meeting rooms takes place via AHU (Air Handling Unit) with external draft (non-recirculation). The AHU channels are cyclically sanitized by ozone treatment by a certified company.
  • In meeting rooms with air recirculation system, the filters are regularly treated with sanitizing products.
  • Sanitizing gel is available to all guests at the entrance of each meeting room. Sanitizing wipes are available in case of mixed use of microphones.
  • Social distancing (1 mt.) is guaranteed in each meeting room.
  • Furthermore - in compliance with the Italian Prime Minister guidelines relating to the prevention of Covid-19 - we request our meeting organizers to register all participants and keep the list of names - with related contacts - available for 14 days from the date of the event and to only allow registered participants to enter the meeting rooms. We also recommend organizers to make sure that all participants and assistance staff wear face masks, observe social distancing and often sanitize any used equipment (microphones, laptops, slide advances, etc.) for the entire duration of the event.
